Location & services
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Dress: Dress is a non-issue at The Remedy. You can dress as casual as you want or you can wear your sunday best. Most of our group goes for casual and comfortable.
- Greeters: You won't be greeted by a guy with a big GREETER badge, but we hope your family will be personally greeted by everyone in our family.
- Seating: We use tables groups for our sunday morning time. This means no pews and no row seating. We believe that a more intimate setting leads to more authentic worship. We like to think of our sunday gathering as a big living room.
- Guest Cards: We have communication cards on the table for you to fill out. We use this information to get to know you better. Also, please feel free to write down additional comments or let us know of prayer needs that you may have.
- Music: Our worship services include a house band that plays a combination of traditional hymns as well as a lot of music that you hear on modern Christian radio stations.
- Offerings: You won't be passed an offering plate. Our hope is to break down the stereotype that churches only want your money. For our regulars, there are some drop buckets to place their giving in.
- Preaching:
Our messages are given in a conversational teaching style. We generally do a biblical exposition while implementing a variety of media options such as graphics, videos and music.
